The meeting is employee-driven and provides a dedicated space to discuss progress, challenges, feedback and professional development. All PHM leaders are expected to hold regular 1:1 meeting with their employees as part of the organisation’s leadership and people development approach.

    Brief discussion of ongoing work, priorities and progress since the last meeting.

    Discussion of professional development, skills, career aspirations and relevant opportunities.

    Open dialogue on workload, well-being and general job satisfaction.

Business Unit Directors Meeting (BU meeting)

Purpose
The BU meeting brings together Business Unit Directors to ensure alignment across the organisation on operational performance, financial development and commercial activities.

The Country Management Team (CMT) meeting brings together senior leaders across PHM to discuss strategic priorities, strengthen collaboration across countries and support the execution of group initiatives. 

The forum focuses on strategic development, leadership alignment, and sharing of best practices across the organisation. Meetings typically include case presentations, workshops, and discussions aimed at improving commercial performance, operational excellence and strategic execution.

    Deep dive into a selected strategic theme (e.g. organic growth, sales leadership, operational excellence or market development). 
  2. Case presentation from a country or business unit
    Presentation of a relevant case or initiative followed by discussion and knowledge sharing.
